Health Permits & Facilities

Permit Requirement: All food vendors must have a valid health permit. If you don’t have one, you must obtain it from Northern Health at least three weeks before the festival which takes place July 4, 5, and 6 2025.

Water & Refrigeration: Vendors must have access to hot and cold running water and proper refrigeration (coolers and ice packs do not qualify).

Provided Facilities: We offer access to cold running water and electricity, but you must bring your own extension cords and power bars.

Waste Disposal: We will handle garbage and slop removal when needed. However, there is no sewage system for grey water—vendors must have a self-contained kitchen and serving area.

Weather Preparation: Bring tarps or other rain protection in case of inclement weather.
Festival Grounds & Nearby Amenities

Restrooms & Showers: Two indoor restrooms with hot showers are available.

Food Options: A variety of food vendors will be present.

Town Access: A short 3-minute drive to town provides access to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations.
Vendor Fees & Passes

Fee: The vendor fee is $250, due three weeks before the festival.

Included Passes: Each vendor receives two weekend passes. Additional staff must purchase their own day or weekend passes.

Waste Reduction & Recycling
We are committed to reducing waste while maintaining high-quality food and drink service. Please support our Zero Waste Initiative:

Compostable & Recyclable Materials: Ensure all food and drink containers are compostable or recyclable.

No Glass Policy: To maintain a safe environment, glass containers are strictly prohibited. If this presents an issue, please reach out to the Food Vendor Coordinator.

Recycling Stations: Recycling centers will be available with bins for compost, tin cans, aluminum, drink boxes, mixed garbage, and paper products.

Cardboard Disposal: Please take all cardboard packaging with you when you leave the festival.
Set-Up Information

Set-Up Dates: Vendors must set up on Thursday, July 3 or Friday, July 4, 2025.

Completion Deadline: All vendors must be fully set up by 5pm.

Scheduled Arrival Times: To reduce congestion, we will stagger vendor arrival times. The finalized schedule will be shared by mid-June.
