Maddie Jay

She released her first self-produced EP Mood Swings in 2020, CMYK in 2021, and her debut LP I Can Change Your Mind in 2025 that CBC has described as “vibrant, DIY Pop.” She truly feels she is at her best when sitting in her studio surrounded by Casio synths, drum machines and guitars, twisting knobs and pouring her heart into her computer.

Danny Michel

The only good thing about not shopping in record stores anymore is you won’t have to figure out what genre to look for Danny under. If that were the case, you could try looking under, rock, pop, folk, world or even classical.

His own self-described musical A.D.D. has kept his music fresh for decades. Maybe it has something to do with being born next to a candy factory, or his ambidextrous brain, but his thoughtful lyrics & charming performances have earned a devoted fan base, multiple nominations for Junos, The Polaris Prize, CBC’s “Heart Of Gold”, and most recently winning the CFMA’s “Producer of the year” and “Oliver Schroder Pushing the Boundaries” Awards.

But Danny considers his career highlights to be the unique real life moments like performing for Jane Goodall’s 85th birthday party, touring with Stuart Mclean and working with charities close to his heart.

Beau Wheeler

Beau Wheeler is a queer non-binary singer songwriter and producer based in so called Vancouver, Canada. Blessed with a set of pipes that could give Freddy Mercury a run for his money, Beau started writing songs at 13 years old and never stopped! Beau’s new self produced electro pop record Trans was recorded at the Warehouse Studio funded by Creative BC. With songs that touch on love, loss and redemption, and an unflagging ability to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again, Beau, who recently came out to the world as trans, is one of Canada’s brightest lights and an artist to watch out for.

Leora Cashe

Vancouver-based vocalist Leora Cashe brings a rich, soul-infused voice to the stage, weaving together jazz, gospel, blues, and folk influences with emotional clarity and depth. Her sound carries the raw intimacy of Eva Cassidy and the sophistication of Joni Mitchell, grounded in authentic storytelling and expressive nuance. Her latest release, Brand New Day, features original songs alongside imaginative reinterpretations of music gems. On stage, she creates a warm, heartfelt connection that resonates long after the final note.

Lonesome Ace Stringband

Over twenty-five years and a couple of thousand shows together in bands such as The Foggy Hogtown Boys and The Lonesome Ace Stringband, John Showman and Chris Coole have developed a deep, instinctual musical bond. Their music lurks in a truly unique space that is somewhere on the outskirts of old-time, bluegrass, and folk. The songs of John Hartford, Hank Williams, Dock Boggs, and The Band share space with the fiddle tunes of Eck Robertson and Ed Haley. The duo’s original songs and tunes take in all these vistas and paint a picture that is both personal and timely. “Coole and Showman are masters of their respective instruments, and with this album, they have demonstrated their ability to reinterpret tradition-based modern roots music.” – Bluegrass Unlimited.

Pony Gold

Pony Gold is the alt-country project of BC songwriter Theresa Anne Bromley, crafting tender, timeless songs rooted in folk and Americana. Originally from Smithers, her music is defined by raw lyricism, a distinct voice, and the slide guitar work of her husband, Matt Bromley.
