The festival would not be possible without the generous time and skills offered by our volunteers. We are always looking for people who want to help! If you are interested in making the Midsummer festival a success, we are very grateful for your time. Four hours of volunteering will get you a day pass, 12 hours will get you a weekend pass, and at 24 hours you will be given a weekend pass with meals provided. Unfortunately, camping is not provided for our volunteers; however a camping pass is only $10 per person and $20 per vehicle. View Campgrounds and Accommodations.

The Midsummer Music Festival is 100% volunteer-powered! We bring together over 300 volunteers to create the festival magic and we would love for you to join our team!

  • 4 hours = day pass (same day)
  • 12 hours = free weekend pass
  • 24 hours = weekend pass + delicious meals

If you would like to contribute hours that will go towards a pass, you can assist in pre-festival set-up and post-festival cleanup! Volunteers help prepare the grounds - this involves various tasks that include setting up stages, organizing the grounds, and anything else that needs to get done. Carpentry skills a definite asset.

There's also a lot of work to be done on Wednesday and Thursday pre-festival: July 3rd & 4th, with the last bit of work being done Friday morning, July 5th.
